Not long now before they are
Not long now before they are ready for picking!
'tangled like mermaids tresses' and so much worth the effort.
Lovely.

Hi Tina,
Hi Tina,
your poem was mouth watering and juicy, had me yearning for those fruits. Now I can't wait to visit the forest.
I also loved the idea of::- a myriad of twigs - tangled, like mermaid's tresses...
Branches stripped bare, looking on through to a fathomless blue.
Beautifully written and a treasure for the coming season.
Jenny.

Delicious. I've come back
Delicious. I've come back with blackberries from my day in the country. I love how you show promise fulfilled and relish the moment.

a maze, a myriad of twigs –
a maze, a myriad of twigs – tangled, like mermaids’ tresses. Liked that Tina, especially. Got quite a lot last Wed when the rain stopped, but maybe more soon. The ones just a bit further in always look so great, but once reached through the thorns are usually just the same, and have to watch the box doesn't tip over in stretching! Rhiannon
