we met down at the library

in arts and recreation

we knew that we were similar

by meeting at this station

we both had the philosophy

that loving was a science

and we'd use that technology

for mutual reliance

we married at the library

department of religion

embracing that psychology

in making our decision

in time we found our languages

no longer had a reference

we ended up as history

for that became our preference
