Do whatever you wish,
Sunshine.
Do as you please,
Sunshine.
Do what you choose,
Sunshine.
I wish the drops were to fall
on my lashes.
Blur the world from sight
and thought.
Let my mind wander in the
passions of the heart.
I wish the drops were to fall
on my tongue.
Erase the pain from touch
and soul.
Allow my emotions to drift in the
zeal of my mind.
I wish the drops were to fall
on my skin.
Lessen the fever from taste
and freedom.
Support my choice of giving life
or creating death.
Do whatever you wish,
Sunshine.
Do as you please,
Sunshine.
Do what you choose,
Sunshine.

^ agree with the above...i don't know anything about poetry but it looks to me to be very effective this style...the repeated mantra beginning and end...fragmented images and wishes and thoughts and then this key line that gives it something else, takes it to another place...enjoyed
