Cellphone rings while turning the television on

Sitting on the couch I find

The television’s remote.

Wanting to watch T.v.

I turn the television on.

While the t.v is turning on

My cellphone rings.

It’s from someone unknown.

I ignored it.

Three seconds later,

It rings again.

Is the same number!

I answered it.

There was no sound

I hung up.

Three seconds later it rings again.

Who’s calling?

I shut the phone off.

Five seconds later

While I was flipping through channels

The phone rings again.

I hadn’t turned it on.

And it’s the same number.

I was starting to get spook.

I answer it.

There was no one at the other end.

I didn’t know what to do.

My phone was going to continue ringing.

Already frightened

I turned the Television off.

The ringing stop.

Feeling uneasy about the situation

I decided to go outside

To make sense of what was going on.
