And now I see
And now I know
A sunny horizon
After a long night alone
A long distant shore
That now greets the sea
A fresh new sunrise
Melting into the trees.
A love now blossoms
Right under my feet
The flowers, they blow
Along with the wind
Your warm heart is now
Once again my friend
What once was winter
Cold, dark, and alone
Is now a sweet summer
Yours, mine
Our own

The rhyme works really well and love the image that is conjured up through the imagery. Really lovely.
