Dark fox on the Arctic rocks.
White fox on the Arctic snow.
Winter and Spring have clothed you hidden,
only your green-glint eyes on show.
Red fox in the copper leaves.
Grey fox by the silver tree.
Shade and light have softened your edges.
Only the most remote are free.
Town fox on the snow-lit street.
Fell fox in the hunting fold.
Man and money have cast you villain.
Only the cut of your coat is gold.
