I’d sing like Edith Piaf
 
‘Float like a butterfly –
sting like a bee,’ 
in the boxing ring, and
 
in between bouts – wait
tables at a  soup kitchen
 
and in my spare time,
find a cure
for terminal apathy
 
take up golf, learn
how to play the mandolin...
 
to love olives
and how to swim
 
undiscover the rain forests of Brazil...
uninvent the wheel
 
discover how to make
a waterproof mascara
that truly was...
like the colour orange...and
 
when I’ve grown old, and full of sleep,
naught to change the natural order
of things, 
 
both of my daughters
shall stand at my grave
and weep

Wonderfully quick and witty with a stab at the end. Everything in the right order as it should be - wish it could be. It would be great to find a cure for terminal apathy - sometimes I think I've got that... Ah well..., but I don't think you can learn to love olives - it's a sort of marmite thing, but at least you could say you tried.
