Shouldn't be here.
I'm in the way.
Abandoned.
Alone, crowd of people...
talking.
Heat.
Adrenaline -
tension,
chest tight,
choked.
Want to run,
frozen
scan the crowd,
helpless,
no saviour.
Tears flow,
hyperventilate,
gasp -
spinning,
dizzy.
Bloodless hands
clutch coat...
Eyes dart
to - fro
Someone?
Anyone?
Falling.
Blue.
Calm.
The earth,
feet grounded.
Breathe.
Breathe in blue.
Reach out,
light surrounds,
hand grasps mine.
I'm fine.

A horrible experience, I was once crippled by them but haven't had one for years, so it will probably pass, if that helps at all.

Well described. I have only
Well described. I have only had touches, but one of my sons had a bad patch, and when I took him to the doctor, guessing what the problem was, he had one while in there, so we were able to discuss it helpfully. Actually knowing what was happening helped him a lot (he was an older teenager at the time). And my elderly mother-in-law has a tendency that way because all her life she has rushed around, and can't now, and panic breathing doesn't help. Rhiannon
