Some people are lucky to see rainbows
Or sunshine even when there's grey clouds,
Be surrounded by sunshine, even when its
Raining.
Most are fortunate to be able to cope with
Life's up's and downs, and sunder them
In ways they can manage to function every
Day.
But for some, this is not the case, and have
Constant conflicting fights, they can not
Control, but it's not knocking someone down
In a rowdy street,or fighting over a spilt drink
Or making inappropriate gestures at someone
Other half,while their partner
Is standing, watching you from the bar.
That's possible to control or stop, but for people
Who suffer from emotional fights, this is
Night and day,seven days a week,on top
Of getting insufficient sleep,they constantly
Try to maintain an even keel, despite their
Unseen pain, and negativity from piers that should
know better than to inflict their ignorance on
Someone who's emotional different,they should
Feel shame, instead of pointing their inpatient,
Unkind finger of blame.
Try smiling, or saying a kind word, remember they
Think different to what you or I may do,some times
Say things we may not,or do not understand, that's ok
They don't bite. Laugh with them as if its your best friend
Or annoying mother in law, you really adore, your sister
Who always makes you happy, even when your sad,the
Big brother who is always there, even when others aren't
Or your father who drives you everywhere.
Maybe your mother, who's always fussy and nags you, only
Because she loves you no matter what or who
You are.

It's easy to be put off by a 'non-welcoming' face, or puzzling actions, hard to see beyond to possibly someone very lonely, confused, and that maybe there is some little way to show some friendliness, even if it's only a tentative smile. Rhiannon
