Along the cold grey dais

Default positioning

For downloading

Onto stiletto City trains

Driven into its core

Un-anticipating

We unhappy few

We band of breathers

Esprit de corpses

The 05:58 arrives and un-clots

The platform blotches

Replaced in moments by tickets

For the 06:10

If ever our hearts had

Been as syncopated, this rose

Would be on the 06:25

And the thorn on the 06.40

Says something about the anonymity and alienation of the daily commute. Nicely done.
