Nothing to say

It’s an odd sensation
having nothing to say
A hundred ways of writing it
but nothing at all to say
A strange feeling
that comes each day
Face the crowd to shout it
finding nothing at all to say
The world breaks my windows
and burgles my life
Breaks my heart, slashes my soul
with a villainous knife
It steals my peace
Each day, the feeling comes
Forms, shapes and gestures flay
Ravelled thoughts contort
but don't produce a thing to say

Nothing to say, yet you say

Nothing to say, yet you say it so eloquently. Nice one.
