You insist on pointing brickwork,
fill all gaps to make a shrine
that none may enter except via
masonic portal to space, and time.
I build dry stone walls, my love,
where earth may settle, brambles cover,
tangled weed and wild flower gather,
let others forage my loose-laid rhyme.
