Right?

Yesterday should have been a lovely day, I’d picked up my nine-month-old grandson Darius from his mum’s Claudette’s house, to take him to my Place of Worship, but I’d walked into the middle of a fight! She was clearly upset, she said, “We’ve just had an argument, he pushed me onto the telly, its amazing it didn’t break!” Daniel shouted back, “You started it, you slapped me across the face!” Claudette then said to me, “He spat in my face!” Now for me that’s one thing I find unforgivable! For someone to do that, I consider that has pure hate! How could my precious Son do that, I’d brought him up better that that! He was also swearing at her! I felt like I was invisible. I was glad to get out of there!

I took lovely Darius to my Place of Worship so all could meet him for the very first time, most didn’t know I was a Nanny. I was a proud Nanny at that, chuffed to bits! I also wanted the Pastor to say a Prayer of Blessing on Baby Darius at the end, just to keep him safe from all the hassles at home. That is what happened, he was as good as gold, didn’t cry as everything and everyone was new.

Back at Claudette’s home Daniel was there she was not, she’d text me to say, “I’m at my Dad’s let me know when Darius is back,” I told her, “I will.”

I then went to work, then Claudette sent me a copy of a part of texts they had said to each other, it wasn’t nice. So, I rang Daniel and said, “Please come home, don’t stay at her home,” He replied, “I have Darius, I don’t know where Claudette is,” He said, “Why do you want me to leave when she gets back?” He went on, after I’d mentioned what she had sent me, parts of the conversation between them, what she had said to him in a text was very, very bad!”   

Finally, she said, to him in a text and he sent it to me, that, “When I comes back to my home, I wants you to go home, if you don’t I will call the police!” Daniel taunted her, and said, “I’m going nowhere, I’m staying here!”

Claudette went back to her home with her Mum in tow! There they carried on arguing, Paula hates Daniel more than she hates her ex-husband! Now it was two against one! Paula said to Daniel, “You don’t deserve Darius,” When Daniel told me later, I thought was a nasty thing for her to say to my Son!  Daniel works SO hard for his baby son. I felt low at work, was trying to do my work and both Claudette and Daniel were sending me texts. At one point I wanted to cry, but I might not be able to stop quick enough, so that wasn’t a good idea.

During the shouting back and forth with Paula there, Daniel had a large carton of orange juice in his hand and he threw it hard at Claudette, it hit her full in the face, just missing her beautiful green eyes, marking her face!!!!!!  I wanted the violence to stop! Both of us Parents have had enough!

Claudette called the police and they came in a flash! She showed them her face, it was then that he came home.

Now having read this true story, what do you think of my Son? Is he a bad horrible person? Do you think he is a brute, a bully, a girlfriend beater? Did he make your blood boil? Well as a Mum I did cry when I got into bed last night and when I reflected on what had happened I cried again this morning, this is what happened…..

It was Claudette, who pushed him onto her own telly, It, was amazing it didn’t smash, it was a gift from her lovely Dad.  It was she who was swearing at my Son, while I was there, it was she who had spat in his face! That hurt me a lot and for that he slapped her across the face. And amongst the nasty things she texts him which he sent to me, when her Mother was there, making it two against one, it was HER who threw the full large carton of orange juice, in a rage into his face, just missing his lovely eyes, marking his lovely face, that hurt me, the pleasure this vile act must have given Paula! Daniel showed the police his face, I asked, “Were they nice to you?” He replied, “Yes, they were nice.”  

When Men attack Women it always seems like a violent act! But Men are attacked too! I was not happy with Claudette yesterday or today. She was cruel to my Child. My day that had started of SO good was completely ruined! I wish they would finish and call it a day. This I’ve told them both many times.

But as usual they made up today. Yesterday forgotten. Paula won’t be happy.
