He Got His Name Into The Book!

This morning I was reading a book about a fabulous Man! As I read about him, he was feeling insecure, worried, alone, even frightened he was given reassurance that all would be well with him and his future, he was not to worry, he was in his, ‘here and now,’ like I have been many times in my own, ‘here and now’ moments, wondering how things that I worry about will turn out, many times fearing the worse, and when I looked back, somethings things, have not been as bad as I thought they would be. Some things have been worse than I thought they would be, I’ve learnt to call that Life.

I was reading a true story about this Man’s life, at the time of his life, he didn’t know he’d end up in a Book and that millions in history would be reading about his life, even learning words he said, and using his words to encourage themselves and others too. He was a brave Man, but he didn’t feel brave at all, he did thing’s I would struggle to do, or not do at all! His enemies were mean to him, yet he himself was a lovely soul. He was picked on because he was young and when he was old, he was still picked on.

It got me thinking, my life to date and beyond unto the end of my life, what would People read about me in history books? After all my Life is all written down from the age of nineteen, I’ve written my diary without missing a day and adding what family, friends and enemies would write about me, for everyone to read. This lovely Man, I don’t know if he knew his whole life would end up in a Book, I’m sure he didn’t think it would be, but it did!

And You reading this, Your life up to this point, can You imagine in the future Your story is read by all and all of Your life up to your death, and the impact you have on their lives Your struggles helped others going through theirs in the future, Your sufferings encouraging others around the World, in years to come, Your low points, those reading Your story for the first time, willing you on, to press on to keep going, and those who will read Your story again and again, even studying it in their A Levels or Degrees, and carrying on, they reading about Your successes and victories!!! Because of You, they accepted the baton, and carried on your deeds, that Project that You started, that Event you set up, the tiny group of People You helped, it grew, because of You, that amazing thought in Your head, now a dream, it happened because of You, You didn’t think it would take off, but because of You it became huge! It soared!

Many times, I feel ordinary, just ordinary, with my many weakness and failures, but in reality, we are all extraordinary, in this Life that we have, there are things that only I can do and the same for You too, what You do, only You can do that, making that difference to another life be it Plant, Animal, Person ….

Now, you and I don’t know what will happen tomorrow, I can write about my today, tomorrow morning, but I can’t write about my tomorrow today, as I don’t know what is going to happen, the same with You, but can You imagine People reading about Your whole life say, one hundred years from now, how amazing would that be!

I’m having my hair done on Tuesday, the waiting list to have it done was weeks and weeks and I’m REALLY looking forward to it! But I’ve got a doctor’s appointment on Wednesday and I’m NOT looking forward to that at all!!! Now both these appointments I knew from last year I’d have to go to them, my hair appointment I knew it would be on Tuesday, but the doctor’s appointment I didn’t know when the date would be, but I’m really nervous about it and was dreading it from last year, and now it will be in a few days…..yet the utter stress it is causing me now, can You imagine someone reading about my life one hundred years or more from now, they will go on to read not just what happened this Wednesday, but the rest of the years after….. and the same with You too, Your ‘Tuesday’ and Your ‘Wednesday,’ Your happy day and Your stressful day, and the years that followed in Your story.

The amazing Man that I was reading about this morning, I’ve read about his life story before, I can’t remember exactly how it ended for him, But I know it ended well. I hope that I’ve been able to encourage You, I’ve encouraged myself writing this, I will try not to worry too much now about Wednesday.
