The rich pay no taxes.

I’ll be happy and free.
When justice will dawn,
And cast out misery.

The born-frees in South-Africa are young people who were born since 1995 that is Mandela's time and after our first democratic election. That gives you about 23 and younger. Of course they had hopes and expectations.

Your poem is so very appropriate.These young people are extremely disappointed  they say they do not have what was promised.They feel they've been sold out. They don't want even to vote they say they're worse off than ever before.
