As blooms of summer
Ring the walks
I think
In crayon colors
And
Joyful images
Abound
From sunlit walk
To clear blue sky
There
Are
Butterflies
Fluttering by
With
Blue and
Golden wings
And
Cardinals’ red
And Robins orange
Singing gaily
In the trees
While
Puffs
Of thick white
Cumulus Clouds
Are drifting
Slowly by
Imagination
Works to find
A Team of
Horses in the sky
There’s been
No greater
Art
I’ve found
Than
Nature
Playing
Its
Summer Song

This is definitely my kind of poem Penny. Loved all your descriptions that evoke nature's beauty.
Jenny.
