slaps more than forty laps

of choppy current

against a pebbly shore

 

adopting a collection

of fish nets

sea weed - planks

of driftwood

 

and families of

crustaceans

along the beach-side

join in a parade

as natural attractions.

Another beautiful nature poem Richard always quality work. Excellent with the regular posts I myself don't manage so many.

Hope things are looking up in Canada it's just getting worse here and they expect the peak infection rate only in August.

A little late responding, Tom. Thanks for the encourragment. I pray over my work, that I prepare my readers with the best I can muster. Our community follows the very strict guidelines re the virus. Schools cancelled until September, six feet separation in deignated food and pharmacy locations and no visiting nor gathering for funerals or church. PLUS the almost total shutdown of businesses and other stores. Phew. Take care from Esther and I. Our remaining two sons and daughter spoke to my wife wishing her a good Mother's Day. We lost our youngest in January -- Scott was on the list for a pair of lungs. RIP Son.
