Well-connected

Two legs that carry me around,
two arms to guide my hands in all
that they can do, in good abound;
two eyes to see, a mouth to call,
ears to hear, a brain to think,
and all the things that have to link
one to ’tother – my eyes say, ‘Run!’
and legs get the message, and even my tongue
knows to call for help, the nerves go across
from this point to that point so my brain can boss
telling my muscles each when to pull,
and also blood must get to all
the little tiny parts we don’t remember,
for every finger, every toe, our body’s every ‘member’
must get its food and fuel fast
and be kept clear of daily waste
– well constructed, and on the whole
still working well through life-long toll.

Nice poem for the I P Rhiannon.

Amazing how every little
Amazing how every little thought connects to the part telling it to move or lift or walk. Nicely done the way you show the movement of the human body and how it is all interactivly working.
