Time Crystals

Repeated patterns of atoms,

shapes determined by the substance

and the tiniest components thereof…

We grew crystals under glass

as weird a thing as the creature farms

we saw advertised in the back of American comics…

[before detective comics inc became big business when we could only buy them on military camps in naafi shops or over at the bx if we were in germany or east anglia and the only time you saw superheroes they were animations drawn by hand mostly on acetate or something…

what marvels we have seen]

And if time stands with space,

of it and not of it;

a fourth factor

in the state of being crystal…

What if

the cat is there

and elsewhere? What if

they had built tetrahedra

instead of pyramids and ziggurats?

What will a time crystal look like?

What colour will it be?

The colour of quantum, perhaps.
