It was on a horizontal
fence plank
that knew its moments
rather than a subdued oak
needing another
coat of badly needed

her hungry eyes
a worm movement. She
quickly fluttered to
the ground
in pursuit of lunch-

Ooooh, nasty! Gout is the crystalised excess of uric acid in the body. The most effective treatment is a change in diet to avoid all the foodstuffs that contain uric acid.
Another fall with the impact directed at the same site might dissipate the crystals but, in my opinion, the discomfort that it causes may be worse than the original condition.
Keep well and keep upright!
