Shuffling through the snow.

I'm glad I'm not a penguin

With no-one else to know

 

Exactly where I'm going;

Just a plan that's in my head.

I'm glad that I am tucked up 

Nice and warm - here in my bed.

Ha, definitely not a penguin, can't stand cold feet - I am refusing to believe its that long...

Nice and simple.

I feel like that when the rain and wind are lashing on the windows and I'm tucked up in bed. Such a cosy feeling. I can remember that when quite young there was a hot water tank with immersion heater in my bedroom, and when it rumbled away (probably as someone was having a bath) I felt the same glow of cosiness, must have reminded me of stormy weather sounds! Makes you greatful hey, the warm bed and not just ice and wihte everywhere, but we should be grateful, many people don't even have a blanket some live on the streets and cold begging just a bit of food. They are here every day. It is raining hard just began, in South Africa a great blessing and grace and mercy. And for a warm bed. A thunderstorm & Nolan
