No one can tell where the lines will meet
To fly appart with icy rage
While I sit within the cloistered walk
Watching the children in the golden cage
Now that the beggars sing sweet lullabys
And dogs bark and howl at the moon
As the bee stings and the crow flies
I will write to you soon
Can we really be housed in this darkness
With the rats walking in the high places
I see myself surrounded by tall people
Looking up to thier heads that have no faces
I am not cold in the icy desert
I do not drown in the deep sea
There is no light to blind my eyes
Only you can destroy me.
