unidentifiable
but present and corrrect

clouding the issues
coating the tongue
with a furry film

cannot speak
barely able to
think

blurred
vision

all seeing
all hearing
all taste
gone

am i in the arms
of morpheus
drifting on a lake
in a burning viking
longboat

need to shake it off
fight through the trees
find the light at the end
of this tunnel

scratching my stubbled
face
brings clarity
to my vision
