We picked up the subject at 8am
when he left his house,
he lit a cigarette as soon as he reached the street
the action seemed to soothe him,
he didn't appear to be looking forward to his day
he crossed the road and entered a newsagent
exited with a newspaper, the guardian
and crossed the main road to the 253 bus stop
a bus came but he did not get on as it was full up
the subject sighed and lit another cigarette
then sighed again as another bus turned up and he had
to discard the recently lit cigarette
we followed the bus with 3 cars so were able to track it all the
way
to manor house where the subject got off and entered a cafe
he ordered a coffee and lit another cigarette
15 minutes later he exited the cafe, and entered manor house tube
one of our operatives followed the subject into the station and
onto
a west bound tube.
the subject had to stand until Kings Cross, our operative was
able
to sit
at green park the subject left the train
and walked towards the Victoria line
where he got on to a south bound train
again he had to stand, he seemed to accept this
at Pimlico, he got off and walked up the escalator
followed by our operative, and emerged into the sunlight
he walked from the tube station to his place of work
our operative left him as he entered the office and called for
assistance
a second operative arrived 20 minutes later and sat in an unmarked
car
having paid to park there for 2 hours. He moved the car twice,
leaving a third operative to
watch the office building.
at 1pm the subject emerged from the office and walked to a local
pub
our operatives joined him in the pub and watched as he drank 3 pints of
stella
to avoid suspicion, they matched him drink for drink
(expense forms attached to the report)
the subject emerged from the pub at 2.15 and seemed unsteady
as he walked back towards
his office
the 3 man team kept watch on the office until 5pm
but the subject did not re-emerge during those
165 minutes
the subject left the office at 5pm, in the company of two women
they walked straight to the pub
our operatives joined them and again to avoid suspicion drank at
the same rate as the subject and his friends
our tapes of the conversation lead us to believe that the subject
and his female companions hated their jobs
and their work colleagues
they appeared to mock several of them
impersonating them (accuracy of impersonations cannot be
verified)
at 11pm we lost the subject
our operatives appear to have gone for a curry in the
restaurant next door
(expenses form attached)
we believe he may have gone to a kebab restaurant
Conclusion
the subject did not appear to represent a threat
does not appear to possess ambition
appears listless
not in search of a career or job satisfaction
drinks heavily
may have access to drugs
(expenses form attached)
