We walked twenty minutes
from Tsotang's house
to
yours
breathless and hot.
In your
bedroom
your hand on my knee,
we kissed -
I
tasted cola on your tongue
and you stiffened,
said,
maybe we should play cards
instead?
On the floor
we laid them
out
one by one
and played memory
-
I won.
When your mother drove
me home
I felt I had
lost
something
but what -
I do not
know.
