Q: 10 seconds of spring

A cage has been opened;
Now the floor floods with sun
and we twitter in anticipation:
the grass was green last time.
Over the ceiling,
and unmade beds of paper or rock (or both)
It can be imagined vines might swim,
given time.
But our spring is too short
and shut out.
