Claiming
By a young animal

You come in in the dark,
and slip into bed, and softly wake
my sleepy head with a kiss.
You've been away, and so you must
reclaim me.
You claim first my neck with a kiss,
and my mouth, with garlic cigarette breath.
I banish you, and you come back, with cold wet hands.
I banish you again. You return, and look down at me
with a radiant tenderness
so I put up my arms so you can pull
my t-shirt over my head
and claim each pale breast glimmering
and kiss and kiss again my belly
and claim my thighs and
my ass with your searching
tongue and fingers
And claim me all over.
Maybe I'm not so sleepy after all
As your head rubs against my head
Your fingers dip into me
our tongues slide over each other
The tip of your hot tongue
dips and slowly licks me until
I'm thirsty and trembling.
You pin down my arms
and look down at me, as I gasp
until all the colours are
running into each other
And I don't know which way's up
The hardness in me
Pressing and
the colours
burst red and wet
and full of life
and you tremble in your skin
until I taste your colours coming
coming
into my mouth
