Rest¦rest¦rest on this cold fearful night,
Let peace bring you comfort,
Through the pains of sacrifice.

Let thou rest in piece,
Do not fear this cold dark night,
For I am with you.

I can feel your fear,
Your heart is cold, yet you are so bold,
Your body is weak, oh so very weak.

Fear has penetrated deep within you,
Making you feel old,
But no fear can take away our love.

Let those tears release fears grip on you,
Let those tears run down your warm cheek,
Let us weep together, do not speak.

Do not fear this restless dark night,
For no matter how dark it is,
Our hearts will be the light.

Sleep in piece,
Let our light guide us through the night,
Sleep peacefully, and let there be light.

Do not fear any cold night,
For as long as we share each other's love
We cannot lose each other's site.
