Lost Youth

Antiquated, that's what you are,
With your pearl-handled combs and your Advocat.
You use a stately limousine for an evening's drive '
And take young men to stay alive.
Antiquated, that's what you are,
With your miniature poodle and old oak bar.
A gaunt boy in leathers serves you coffee in the morning '
Your heart misses beats, yet you ignore the warning.
Antiquated, that's what you are,
With your nights at the opera, (can't see too far),
Escorted by a 'gentleman', you've paid his way '
To give you youth for another day.
