Now I'm Sixty Four

When I get older, losing my hair
Not so long from now
The Mrs wont be sending me a valentine
Slice of Hampshire, house on the Rhine
When I get in at quarter to three
There'll be no one at the door
No one to need me
No one to feed me
Now I'm sixty-four.
I could be handy, wielding a plane, when her legs have gone
She could cook some tofu by the fireside
Sunday mornings buy up Wearside.
Getting divorced and splitting the cash
Will she ask for more?
Will she be greedy, how much will she bleed me?
Now I'm sixty-four.
Every summer you could rent a villa on a far flung shore 'cause you'll have my dough.
No need to scrimp and save.
Younger men on your knee, Bradley, Pete and Dave.
Serve me Divorce writs, send me a bill stating what you'd like
Alimony child support and bits of land
The weekly shopping costs fifty grand
Give me a total, add it all up and leave me on the floor
I may be still be healthy
But I'm not so wealthy
Now I'm sixty-four.
