(THE ALPHABET SERIES) EVE GETS AN EVIL TWIN

Daisy sat back down after her story. I got up, and began my story. I was completely nervous, but I just took a deep breath, and began:

It was over the summer that my twin sister Eliza came to stay with us for a week. Our mum and dad are divorced. I live with our mum, while Eliza lives with our dad. Because we are identical, Mum and Dad presume wew get along, and force us to spend time together. Eliza stays with Mum and I for a week. I have to stay with Dad and Eliza another week.
Eliza was such a nightmare. She completely took over my bedroom, cramming my stuff into one drawer, and then spreading all her stuff into the large wardrobe and three drawers. She forced me onto the camp-bed Mum had set out for her, while she got to sleep in my big comfortable bed. One time, I was on my way to the bathroom. Eliza was standing outside our bedroom, and as I was just about to step into the bathroom, she ran in, pushing me to the floor.
When I complained to Mum, she thought it was one of our pretend games, and just smiled at me.
"Mum," I said. "Don't you belive me? Eliza's evil!"
"Yes, pet, so you've said."
"No, Mum, this isn't a joke or a game. She is really evil!"
"Now, stop it, Eve. Eliza isn't evil. Why she tells me you are the one who's evil. You won't let her go to the bathroom when she needs to, you keep chucking her clothes on the floor."
I couldn't believe I was hearing this! I wasn't evil, Eliza was! I was determined to make Mum see the truth.
So that's what I did. I waited til Eliza had done something terrible to me first. I didn't have to wait long. The next day, I sat down to read my new Harry Potter book, only to find half the pages were ripped out! I knew who it was, so I got my own back. I picked up Eliza's treasured teddy bear, and a pair of scissors and chopped off one of it's ears. Eliza came in and saw what I was doing. She screamed. Mum came running in.
"What's the matter?" She asked.
"Eve's cutting up my teddy!"
Mum looked angry.
"Why would she do that?"
"Because I ripped half the pages from her new Harry Potter book."
It took half a minute for Mum to realize what Eliza said. It took another minute for Eliza to realize her mistake.
I was happy. Mum had found out Eliza was truly evil, and she and Dad stopped forcing us to spend time together.
