Eyes wide
Mind full
Tossing
Turning
Push and Pull

Silence reigns
Darkness falls
Yet slumber hides outside my walls

Sleep, Sleep, end my day
Take my waking world away
Give me dreams and peace so needed
Restful thoughts left unimpeded

Let me wake with morning sunshine
Calm and rested, feeling fine
Ready for the day ahead
