Purify, Simplify me Lord

purify me Lord,
let me desire you only
don't let me lose track, purify me
Lord
make me whole.

let me not lose sight of you,
let me
love you through and through, let me
not satisfy my desires
but live humbly, truly
like common folk,
let me struggle to live
like everyone else
and not think
I am excluded.

simplify me Lord, make my paths straight
let me be filled with love for you,
pleroma,
let me be overflowing with light
but not perfume-ish,
let me be true and narrow in virtue
but lighted with love and compassion,
let me love you Lord
with all of my heart.

let me not console myself by thinking
I am better than others.
let me love my humility
with all my soul.

let me love you Lord only
sublime me into an angel, burn
my sins of passion (anger and lust
fused), break-ing,
let me behold your wonderful abundance
knowing
everyone feels the light from the center
and everyone lives in the margins
or edges rather.
