humanity-as a lost obsession

Will a robot or a computer or a space ship
bring us closer or farther from humanity?
They are designed to take us away from what we are to make us more than we are.

Without the understanding of what we are,
on the most basic level,
we will only create that which we most desire,
and not discover what we are which is fundamentally more important.

One day our spaceships,and computers, and robots will blast off from planet life and head out into the unknown.
I guarantee that what returns,
will be more alien than what left,
in nature to what we already are on this planet.

Humans are going to destroy humans,
with our various quests and endeavors,
into places that are beyond our capabilities.
