The question as to who is most important person of life? made me ponder,
Over all significant persons, who on our life did wonder?
Mother, then father must be the exception,
Without them you would never have been born.
Brothers, sisters, friends and teacher who built you, must be kept out of consideration,
Or else they will be most significant and may get everybody’s focused attention.
Bosses, peers and subordinates during service tenure,
are all significant to make or break your career.
People in society, politicians in parliament,
Experts in judiciary and bureaucacy in our life are all significant.
your own children, relatives and other kith and kin,
Though all of them remain important but significant they never have been.
As the theme is one of the most significant person of life,
This means only one as comparison in the superlative, hence unique who can be none other than your wife?
The poetic language is always mystique,
Most important cannot be many persons and has to be unique.
She keeps a person under her thumb - in a happy married life a common feat,
All above persons in life compared to her generally relegate to back seat.
She controls you, your purse and your every affair,
and shares emotions jubilation, sorrows and sufferings while taking her hubby’s care.
Generally it is believed that wives drive your old parents to old age home,
Makes, also breaks your relationship built over the years like a bubble in foam.
But she is part of you and stand by you in thick and thin,
Hence she is the most significant person, you should agree and listen.
Can we iake for granted the most important person of every body’s life is “ His wife”?
