Scriptures preach against six gateways to hell for humanity,
They are lust, greed, anger, attachment, jealousy and vanity.
Attachment seems to be the odd one out among them,
as it breeds love, affection, bondage each being a divine gem.
But observe the attachments handled within plant and animal kingdom,
With time and along growth of their offspring, to attachment they do not succumb.
Trees bear fruits with its all attachment and show-off,
once the fruit is ripe the trees benevolently drop them off.
Look at animals handling their progeny,
After certain age they shun them silently and treat them like other object any.
Man should learn the art and power of this judgmental discrimination,
Attachment in excess like any other thing is also the poison.
