Kaleidoscope of rainbow hues
Droplets swizzle weaving down window pane
What flames of June allure such blues
This sodden grass beneath my tread
My summer is gone..my suntan dead.
Which weather vane has rained on this parade
Streams of plenty overflow
The heady scented summer nights unmade
Stoke up the barbie..a forgotten pleasure
Oh Goddam this awful weather.
On yonder horizon
A dark cloud lingers
Where once the sun would click her fingers
May August bring some recompense
For June and July provided only dank wet non sense.

Feels the start of something interesting, but perhaps more focus or bit more work?
