My sleeping lady

She lay there. Her hair ruffled by the long night. He could see the relax in her limbs sprawled along the bed as she was. Slowly moving like a tiger he climbed over her sleeping form to hover over her stomach and chest. He looked with loving eyes at her face. So calm he thought she always looked so calm and pretty as she slept.
A light snore interrupted the silence and calm of the morning, signalling her deep sleep. Under her eyes he saw the light shadow of tiredness that never seemed to leave her face no matter how long he let her sleep. With shame he understood that those were his fault. His behaviour last night had led her to gaining those new bags. Still he'd been having so much fun that he didn't want to stop.
He looked at her now with a possessiveness, she was his. And nobody could take her away. He loved her with all his might. And that's why he always came into her room to wake her up, almost to remind her that she belonged to him.
Slowly he placed his hand over her chest he could feel the rise and fall of her breath and the slow steady thumping of her heart. He shook lightly and she began to stir groaning softly. He shook a little harder, and her eye opened but quickly closed again. He smiled and kissed her. And she smiled in return. "morning sweetheart" she said
"Morning mommy" he answered.
Totally content and happy in his childhood bliss
