Music

from child
comes in the shape of a smile
pokes his finger
teasing in a giggly voice
---body movements

a jiggle
a wiggle
and twisting on the floor

crawls
then climbs
a mountain of chair --
shaky legs

making him king. At one
year old it is time
to celebrate.
