Psychologists categorize the thoughts based on three concepts
considering pathological, logical and emotional aspects.
In each of them sees the spiritual master,
four types of thoughts are bound to occur.
They are necessary and positive,
also wasteful and negative.
Twenty five to thirty thoughts per minute
occuring to a man is accepted as normal limit.
If its frequency touches fifty per minute
The man is pushed to a lunatic circuit.
With increase in the frequency of thoughts
the more to the person, the stress onslaughts.
With thoughts going down in frequency
the tranquility of mind comes in abundance and plenty.
The meditation and the breathing exercise
are suggested ways by masters to cut the frequency of thoughts in size.
