Sleep, Belladonna
Sleep for all you're worth
Let the demons
take you from
the wreckage of this day
Come, Belladonna
Lay your pretty head
Where night-time corpses
fill the hours
with the warmth of their decay
Breathe, Belladonna
Even, gentle breaths
As our bodies plunge
from the light
to sink into the velvet night
Hush, Belladonna
Let us drown ourselves
In pools of silence
deep and still
where souls shall be released
Belladonna, rest
Rest your aching mind
Draw me to the place
that none will find
where I can share your peace
