Hearts or Brains

The heart or the brain
Which is more important?
Our heart circulates our blood
It keeps us alive
Our brain tells our heart to pump blood
It tells my fingers to type
It tells me (against my will) to love
It shows me sadness and rage
It reminds me there are happier days
It allows me to see and breathe
My brain does a lot
Our brains do a lot
It's not a matter of which is more important
We'll die without either
But the brain is far more impressive,
Wouldn't you say?
