this is a place for our

id---

for you & i might never meet

each other,

for you & i might never live

another

day,

for you & i might know only these words

that we exchange in

type,

in print,

amidst the glowing of the

screen &

yet,

what it’s done for us

together,

might be to keep us from

eliminating

ourselves---

it might keep us from eliminating

others,

or perhaps it might be nothing more than being the very

expression of just

that---

but it is ours to hold,

it is ours to put forth,

it is ours to spread

throughout,

be it as an elixir or

a

poison,

none of us need be afraid

when we come to share our innermost

beauty &

terrors.
