we dance in your periphery
you doubt that we exist
but what do you think happens
when you sense your aura's kissed
.
you sense we're standing by your side
but when your vision drifts
we dart behind your back and hide
as your attention shifts
.
we're little bits of colors
where no colors should be seen
we're shadows of the shadows
that appear behind the scene
.
we represent the future
but respectful of the past
that moment in both time and space
we know will never last
.
we're always quick as lightning
so we will never will be caught
a lesson you will never know
though many times. it's taught
.
but we are not unfriendly
we are not here to alarm
although we are confusing
we would never do you harm
.
we live in your periphery
your vision, we escape
although you try so very hard
you cannot guess our shape
