In Reykjavik it's raining

gales howling black and blue

blown cobwebs from our dreaming

the threads twixt me and you

In Eglissta∂ir it's drizzling

sky's constant tears in flow

washed well away the sure ground

of love that we both know

In Akureyri it's snowing

air chilled to stop the heart

freeze dried our warm affection

to keep us far apart

In Keflavik it's pouring

drowned cats and dogs and me

in heavy mists of heartbreak

can't fathom where you'd be
