Last will and Testament

"Last Will and Testament" I hope against the odds to live, but if I am
dead, said death was quite unnatural, as was my recent life... the
result of criminal persecutions abetted by corrupt local authorities,
mirroring a larger crisis of society. It began with a false arrest. My
real crime? Political dissent in newspaper articles, pursuing censored
stories, etc... a plea for democracy in public. I presented myself
meekly as a lawful citizen but, like Eric Garnett in respect to the
abuse, I was physically manhandled and abused, then denied all legal
rights... I was kept in the same jail found guilty of murder in a
lawsuit from the A.C.L.U. in a tiny room with eight men... we were
beaten. I consulted the A.C.L.U. who didn't take the idea at the
time... they soon did. I consulted doctors. They asked for my silence.
It didn't happen. They continued to bill my wealthy family but renewed
their efforts to contain and literally poison me. I was hand-cuffed and
nearly killed many times because they said I needed 'psychiatric
treament.' By its own public admission, the local hospital repeatedly
locked me in a freezer room and sent in a thug who was supposedly a
doctor's assistant, a bald bruiser named 'Dan.' I am and have always
been of sound mind... except for sometime seeming... because you see
our society has fallen into such a vile anarchy and simultaneous tyranny
that 'we' are literally no better than(probably worse) than the Nazi
'Third Reich' or even the demonic U.S.S.R.. Now, if your mind is
already made up, you'll find my examples absurd... as they did the
theory of relativity or the first call for a "Magna Carta..." but if a
life has any value, please take the requests or questions so to speak
traditionally... in a Socratic or legal manner please: for the
metaphoric hemlock is before me and others. Take the example of
"Narcotics Anonymous" and A.A. spiritual regimes... Now we have to have
a system of laws, no? Do you differ? And judges of the law somewhere?
Now by centuries of tradition, the highest authority regarding the law
and right and wrong, life and death, the constitution and truth,
essentially salvation and moral damnation has been "the Supreme Court of
the United States." This court along with the Federal Courts and I
believe even the state courts ruled with crystal clarity that citizens
and even felons, persons or animals of any sort, must not be mandated to
attend or associate with such programs... because it's a spiritual
violation... i.e. spirituality is not to be a blunt weapon of local
strong-men or even national leaders. In other words, W. Bush or even
the honored Sanders may not talk to you through Jesus after
brain-washing: 'common sense' like Paine said. But some 'authorities'
don't have it. Because the Supreme Court is the highest judge of the
law and business matters in the land... and this and affiliated courts
have with crystal clarity found for my causes... for example the
"survival payments" that F.D.R. gave disabled citizens while he
preserved our nation from his wheel-chair... he made law and judges
upheld that we should have our survival payments and that you should not
harass or harm us in attempts to collect these 'debts' that are not
just. But armed soldiers 'you' (figurative) call "Law enforcement" do as
they personally please without in my experience even showing an
educated or civilized understanding of what a law is.... i.e. that you
must not make a personal judgement about life and death, but must
consult the law books. Regarding N.A.(I've been held in a government
concentration camp and forced to repeat "God" this... "God" that... I
love God and Jesus and Ganesh... but I justly hate anyone who would
condone such persecutions... because though I have not his greatness: I
speak truth that this is exactly what was done to Jesus. I repeat:
such people may not cite Jesus because their kind crucified him...
which is just another way of repeating our Bill of Rights... signed by
Washington and Jefferson in the blood of our ancestors. The judges find
but you do not do. Thus, I fear I am dying... and have been deprived of
my rights to "life liberty and pursuit of happiness" for so many years.
I couldn't properly promote my own books and works or the public
interests properly... such has been the case with many citizens of the
world and America. But individually, as my last will and testament, I
point out these profound crimes and greivances and I ask for redress...
in various forms, but it must include a civil lawsuit against ASANTE
corporation, the government within the aptly named "Rogue Valley...,"
J.C.M.H., the police, Providence, and all other parties upholding such
abuses as we have suffered. As for my private proceeds if any,
two-thirds are to be split between my children, and one-third goes to
charity... in the form of donations to better feed, clothe and comfort
the severely diseased. Primarily the purpose is to effect social
change. I've padlocked the doors of my Queen Anne house where I hold the
year lease with undimmed rights of legal citizenry. So don't thug me in
the name of the law; As I just proved it is my persecutors and not I
who have gutted the law. Nor try to collect a debt for parties that owe
me not only millions of dollars but my very blood and life.... the hope
to feed and protect my kids. Do you hear? Stay away Satan: you've done
enough to "check," contain, and poison my welfare. You (local
authorities) indicted me for harassment. In all seriousness, I indict
you for treason... the subversion of the moral order as established by
the ancients and the blood of Christ and many martyrs. Your crime is
beyond your comprehension. Cease and desist. "You know not what you do."
The lawsuit and the resistance must continue. If I die, I die with an
honor this society has all but lost. I weep, Sean Lawlor Nelson
