The Wooly Hippopotamus (Children's Poem)

The wooly hippopotamus
lived a long time ago.
In an age time forgot, it was;
the age of ice and snow.
It used to eat a lot of us
when we were ice age men.
Its appetite so bottomless
it could eat nine or ten.
