Statement: Debt

Statement: First of all, warm greetings to all my friends and colleagues. Now, regarding the subject of debt, the truth is that I've been on a political black-list since my days as a newspaper reporter...  My work is used without my name, and even my books that are sold under my name: I haven't received a royalty check in years.  We dispute the legality of the political black-list, and all debts accrued while I've been on it.

           More philosophically, I acknowledge 'debts' to so many: my mother, the mothers of my children, my father, also Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, certainly Senator Sanders...  even Pres. Donald Trump, and of course the American people more widely. We've all been in on this conspiracy at one time or another.

            Now, on the subject of criminal charges: let's talk turkey.  I'm aware that, on my computer, I read some questionable erotic literature.  Germanely, since the "Howl" poetry ruling, such speech is legally protected by the Supreme Court.  But I acknowledge the sin: I've sought help, and I'm doing my best.  But no crime was commited: I was never given a chance to defend myself in court.  I had a solid legal defense ready.  Horrible punishment has already been carried out.
