Some Notes: These are just quick write-ups for some of the first Gods and Goddesses in my world. I originally had a name for the planet but it turns out I didn't really like it so I switched it out in hopes that something will come to me later. Originally I was calling it "Sha-rune" translating to "Mother's gift" but I dunno, it just didn't vibe and it got confusing as I went on. As I said in the past, expect Cliche's and tropes, I'm not trying to re-invent the genre, I'm just trying to build a world for 5e DnD. - Also, I haven't done any editing yet so forgive me T.T
The Great Sha
Also known as The Great Mother, Sha is said to be the first goddess and creator of our known planet, Sha-rune, a gift from The Great Mother to the void she was birthed into. Sha is The Goddess of Creation, however with nothing more than the cold deep and her new existence before her, Sha was lonely. This loneliness lead to her first creation and the first of her children, the mischievous twins Casa & Sola.
Casa & Sola
The Twins of Mischief. Tasked with the upkeep and nurture of the planet, their energies feed the lifeforms of the planet. Nevertheless they are still, and always will be, children. In the earliest days after their creation, the twins realized that the continual maintenance of the world was a lot more work than play so they created the race known as The Elves and set them to the task of dealing with the finer details of cultivating nature. When their orbits align and the moon impedes the light of the sun, it’s believed The Twins reach their apex of mischief and unleash their playful nature on the world below... for better or worse.
The Elves
Planted by Casa & Sola in the first Years of Nature, as their other flora flourished and the world became overgrown, The Elves sprung forth from the branches that bore the fruit of their existence. They spoke directly to The Twins through meditation and dedication to their cause. The Elves spread themselves wholly across the surface of the planet, walking wherever there was vegetation or beast that required their attention. So impressed by their tireless effort Casa & Sola sent forth a Deity in the form of a great stag. A conduit and keeper of the raw magic that was laced though all nature, Roya.
