RAYMOND

Thanks Jenny. I based this poem on a real Raymond. He did ramble and his landscaping job gave his life meaning. Ray seemed to get every ailment you can imagine on a human body, sore leg, scrapes and bumps and his landscaping duties over 20 years kept his woes at bay. He recently passed and I can imagine him now, sittting on a log talking to Jesus and looking back on an exciting life. Oh yes, he still rides his favourite mode of transportation, his pal, his bicycle which had thousands of love visits on its tires.
